Evaluations
More than ever before organisations need to demonstrate their impact. Those that have measures to show their donors and funders what difference they have made are more likely to receive future funding. We work with boards and managers to conduct independent evaluations of whole organisations and of individual services. We carefully select an appropriate methodology and tailor it to suit your circumstances. Most evaluations involve a combination of quantitative and qualitative approaches. Many involve both funders and funded organisations, are highly participative and focus on strategic learning.
