Lyla Rogan – Senior Associate
Lyla Rogan is a skilled facilitator and organisation development consultant. Her many clients appreciate her capacity for strategic analysis, her insights into the lives of organisations and her approach to engaging people in processes of strategy development and change.
From 1995 she was a Director of RPR Consulting, an Australian consulting business which she co-founded. In this capacity she provided consultancy services to nonprofit organisations and federal and state governments around Australia. She is widely known for her work in governance, planning and management and for work with different service sectors on program and policy development, evaluations and quality improvement.
Formerly she was Deputy Director of the Australian Council of Social Service (ACOSS) and Operations Manager of a major aged and disability care provider. She has held management and policy advisor positions in government and lectured at two universities in Sydney in the areas of non-profit management and social policy.
She has written widely on issues concerning the nonprofit sector during her time at ACOSS and as a consultant. In 2009 Lyla worked with Mike Hudson to adapt his book Managing without Profit to the Australian market.
