Sue Delafons – Senior Associate
Sue is an experienced strategist and executive coach. She has worked extensively at board level in both not-for-profit and commercial sectors, on leadership development, business planning, stakeholder management, performance management (including balanced scorecards/KPIs) and organisational change.
Sue was an Account Director at Saatchi & Saatchi before taking an MBA at London Business School. She then worked for many years at the MAC Group/Gemini Consulting, where she was Vice President and Head of Strategy in the UK office, before setting up her own practice. She is also a certified executive coach and member of Faculty at the London School of Coaching.
Her clients have included The Girls' Day School Trust, The National Trust, Forum for the Future, Asthma UK, City University, The City Lit, Whittington Hospital, SE England Development Agency, Camden and Hackney Councils, Deloitte, EDF Energy, O2, Tesco, and British Airways.
From 1998-2006 Sue was a Trustee, Chair of the Fundraising and Communications Panel and latterly Vice-Chair of Sight Savers International. She also co-chairs GRIT, the London Business School Voluntary Sector Alumni Network. Sue has an MA in History from Newnham College Cambridge, was elected an Associate of Newnham in 2004, and mentors current students.
