Allison Aldred – Senior Associate
Allison's career has spanned management consultancy in the corporate and nonprofit sectors followed by fifteen years management experience in the overseas development field - including seven years as Oxfam GB's Regional Director for South Asia.
She has a strong background in general management and strategic planning and a particular interest in work on changing attitudes and beliefs to bring about social justice
Allison has held a number of trustee roles, including Chair of Saferworld Foundation and of the Consortium of Humanitarian Agencies in Sri Lanka. She has also served on a number of school boards.
Allison has returned to consultancy work and to Compass Partnership (she worked with Compass prior to moving overseas) and provides advice on management and governance to a wide range or organisations including those concerned with international development, health and disability.
